Consent to Receive Messages from Tovella
Version of 26 October 2026. A separate document: it is given independently of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (Article 9(1) of the Federal Law "On Personal Data"). The Russian text (tovella.ru/consent) is the only legally binding version; this translation is provided for convenience.
Why this consent exists
Everything Tovella needs to work — the account, groups, cards, chat, service notifications about matches and plans — we do on the basis of our contract with you (the Terms of Use) and ask no separate consent for it. This consent is only about messages the Service works without: news and feature announcements, selections of places, offers and promotions. By law such messages may be sent only with your prior consent (Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising", Article 9 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data").
Consent is voluntary. Refusing or withdrawing it does not limit access to the Service or its features.
Text of the consent
I, a user of the Tovella Service, identified by the account from which I give this consent (the Telegram identifier, or the e-mail address, or the phone number specified in the account), freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Timofey Sergeevich Gromov (an individual, e-mail hello@tovella.ru; hereinafter the Operator) consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
Purpose of processing: sending me informational and promotional messages about the Tovella Service — new features, selections of places, the Operator's offers and promotions.
Personal data covered by the consent: Telegram identifier and name, Telegram username (if any), e-mail address and phone number (if specified in the account), interface language, information about which features of the Service I use (to tailor the content of messages).
Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating, use for composing and sending messages, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.
Message channels: in Telegram — the Tovella bot, the app feed, the e-mail address specified in the account.
Disclosure to third parties: the data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. Messages are delivered through Telegram and the Operator's e-mail service listed in the Privacy Policy (tovella.ru/privacy).
Term of the consent: until withdrawn or until the account is deleted.
Withdrawal — at any time by any of the following:
- switching messages off in the app settings (once that setting is available);
- writing to hello@tovella.ru from the e-mail address or Telegram account linked to the account.
After withdrawal, sending stops within 3 working days; service notifications about the operation of the Service continue.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I have read the Operator's Privacy Policy, and that I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time.
How the consent is recorded
Consent is deemed given when you yourself tick the corresponding box in the app (it is unticked by default) and confirm the action. The Operator records the date, time, account identifier and the version of this document the consent was given under; the date and method of withdrawal are recorded in the same way.
